Our new cocktail menu has a variety of incredible rums and something for everyone. 

The staff favourites this month are:

* Dos Maderas 5+5 Pedro.

Ximenez : A 'double aged' Spanish rum with It's a spicy background complimenting notes of vanilla, orange & dates. 

* El Dorado 12 Year.  A spiced Guyanese rum, cocoa & caramel forward with a slightly smoky finish.

Ron Zacapa Centenario Sistema Solera 23.

* A sweet & soft spiced Guatemalan rum, with rounded tones of brown sugar

and orange on the fore, followed by deep notes of tobacco leaf & prunes. 40%

Solway Spiced. A peppery Scottish creation.
